"Fantastic customer service! Pure Telecom's customer service is outstanding. I never had such a good experience before. Paul, in sale department, listened my needs, and explained what can they do for my, what would be the best option. Follow thru my order and installation. As I was under the time pressure he organized connection in a few days. Technical support helped me with connection.I highly recommend Pure Telecom and the service they provide. So far no problems at all. Broadband is nice and smooth."
