How do I Switch to Pure Telecom?
Like everything we do, switching to Pure Telecom is simple and straightforward. All you need to do is to complete an activation form and we will have you up and running in around 5 working days.
Will I notice any difference in the quality of my calls?
Pure Telecom only uses Tier 1 international carriers, which guarantees our customers the highest quality of call transmission. Quality is something that we will not compromise on.
Will I still get a bill from Eircom?
No, You can now have all of your calls, monthly line rentals and broadband charges on one bill from Pure Telecom – One Provider, One Bill.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed directly by Pure Telecom in a simple and easy to understand format. You can also customise the reports you receive on a monthly basis so that they are of real benefit to your business.
Do I have to commit to Pure Telecom for a minimum period of time?
We are very confident that you will be extremely happy with your Pure Telecom service and as such we have no minimum contract period. You will remain a customer because you want to be and not because some clause hidden in a contract says you have no choice.
Who do I contact if I have any faults on my phone lines?
Your primary point of contact for all telecoms related issues is your dedicated Pure Telecom account manager. We will take care of absolutely everything for you in relation to your business telecoms requirements.
Do I have to change my phone numbers or get any additional lines?
Absolutely not! Your phone numbers will not change and you will continue to use your existing phone lines.
Who do I contact if I need some new lines installed?
Once again, your Pure Telecom account manager will take care of this for you. They will also be happy to advise on what solution would best fit your requirements.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The only thing that Pure Telecom will charge you for are your calls, line rental(s) and any broadband or data solutions that you have. Anything else your account manager does is all part of the service.
How are my calls charged?
All of your calls will be charged on a per second basis from the first second with no minimum call charge and no call connection charge.

Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) is a service in which a telecommunication operator takes control of all the connections made through a telephone line from the native operator and collects the subscription fee from the subscribers.
